Gary Evans has been in the building trade for 32 years starting as a joiner and through the years developing a keen interest in most other trades, in 1985 he started his own business building extensions and maintaining property. Later on his works took him on a more commercial route with exhibition works, maintenance and fit out to superstores and the building and maintenance of surgical hospitals including the design and build of one of the first fully mobile operating suites in Britain bringing down waiting lists. In 2002 E.C.Maintenance.LTD was formed with a reliable team of time served tradesmen and went on to one of Gary’s passions which is Historical Buildings to include the refurbishment works at one of Pugins Properties which some say is similar to one of Pugins other projects ‘THE HOUSES OF PARLIAMENT’, originally in the grounds of this property we went on to build a country house in 38 acres using reclaimed materials and old methods. Having a good working relationship with some of the top interior designers in the country we have built up a good knowledge of building materials from around the world both old and new all available on this website.
